of Sale relating to domain name registration.
Definitions : 'We' and 'Us' and 'Our' is Triangle Multimedia
Ltd. 'You' are the individual or organisation placing a
domain name order with Triangle Multimedia Ltd.
1. We provide no guarantees that any domain name is available
for registration. In order to complete your order, we must
carry out further domain availability checks with the relevant
registries.
2. Registrations are process Monday-Friday 8am-8pm GMT.
Orders placed outside of these times will processed as soon
as possible.
3. If we are unable to register a domain for you, we will
provide a full refund charged back to the credit or debit
card used for the original purchase.
4. We are not responsible for the provision of any service
other than original registration of a domain name. Once
a domain is registered our contract with you is deemed to
have been completed.
5. Triangle accept no liability for any consequential losses
whatsoever caused to you or any other 3rd party.
6. We will contact you to confirm registration of your
domain name and to issue a VAT invoice / receipt once we
have completed registration.
7. You agree to be bound by the relevant registries Terms
and Conditions / Acceptable Use Policies of domain registration
which will be provided to you upon request.
8. You agree that all liability in relation to the registration
of the domain name, including, but not limited to, Trade
Mark and Copyright infringements are entirely yours.
9. You agree that the DNS server settings for your domain
name can be set to that of Triangle's own choosing until
we are instructed otherwise.
10. You agree that the contact details you provide upon
ordering the domain will be those used for the Registrant
contact details of the domain. You also agree that our details
will be used for the admin, billing and technical contacts
of the domain.
