Common Support FAQ's:
Q. I can't send or receive email.
A. There are various reasons why email connectivity can
fail. The first thing to check is that you have an Internet
connection. Open your web browser (such as Internet Exporer)
and try navigating a few web sites. If you don't have an
Internet connection, please contact your ISP. If you do
have an Internet connection and still can't collect email,
please contact support on 0870 766 1543 and we'll try and
find an immediate solution.
Q. I've lost my password for email / FTP.
If you have lost your password, please contact support on
0870 766 1543 and we'll issue you with a new password. We
do not store details of your passwords for security reasons.
Q. Why aren't my web stats updating every hour?
Occassionally, the web log file can get corrupted, particularly
on high traffic sites. Please contact Triangle Support on
0870 766 1543 and we'll investigate the problem. This can
usually be completed within 20 minutes.
Q. How can I have my email sent to two PC's or
a mobile device?
We can set you up a 'split alias' in order that
you can have email sent to one address routed to two separate
accounts. Please contact us on 0870 766 1543 or email support@trianglemultimedia.com
to arrange this. Please note that there is a standard £10
charge for this service.
Q. How can I stop spam emails and viruses?
Triangle offer a server-side antispam / antivirus filter
that checks email before it arrives in your inbox. Before
delivering your mail, the system converts the subject line
of the email to say ****SPAM****, plus the original subject
line. This service is available for £99 per domain
